Overview
Calling Scripts is the selected client's reusable call-script library. The library separates active, past, and archived scripts. Each library row keeps its script name compact, shows the complete name on hover, and wraps dates, model names, default or Playbook markers, and formal link counts as complete labels. You can edit each block's title, category, content, and internal note, archive old unlinked scripts in batches, restore archived scripts for later use, and intentionally apply reviewed scripts to campaigns.
How to use this page
Select the client and open the library
Choose the client in the selector. Client packages appear below client names and are searchable. The library opens the current Playbook snapshot when available.
Understand the library groups and labels
Active Scripts contains the client default, current Playbook, and scripts formally linked to a non-archived campaign. Past Scripts contains other available scripts. Archived Scripts contains scripts moved out of normal use. Long script names stay on one compact line and show the complete name when you hover. Dates, model names, Current Playbook, Default, and formal link counts wrap only between labels so each label remains readable.
Edit a block and its category
Select Edit on a block. Update the title, choose General, Objection, or Question, edit the rich text, and add an optional internal note. Select Save when ready. The saved category controls how the block is organized and reused.
Archive past scripts
In Past Scripts, select one or more checkboxes and choose Archive. Confirm the action. Archived scripts remain available for review, export, duplication, permanent deletion, or restoration, but they cannot be set as default, applied to a campaign, or used for objection reuse while archived.
Restore an archived script
Open a script under Archived Scripts and choose Restore script. It returns to Past Scripts as a draft. Review it before setting it as default, applying it, or reusing objections.
Set a client default or apply to a campaign
Set as default makes the open saved version the client default for new campaigns. Apply to Campaign copies the open version onto one selected campaign. Existing campaigns do not change merely because a default is set.
Detach before permanent deletion
A saved version cannot be permanently deleted while it is the client default or formally linked to a campaign. Move each linked campaign to another script, the client default, or Campaign-specific copy, then clear Default on when applicable.
What the buttons do
- Archive
- Moves the selected Past Scripts into Archived Scripts after confirmation.
- Restore script
- Returns an archived script to Past Scripts as a draft.
- Block category
- Classifies the edited block as General, Objection, or Question.
- Set as default / Default on
- Marks the open available version as the client default, or clears that default.
- Apply to Campaign
- Copies the reviewed open script to one selected campaign and turns inheritance off.
- Reuse objections
- Copies objection-category blocks without applying the full script.
- Delete script
- Permanently deletes the open version only when no client default or formal campaign link depends on it.
- New Script
- Opens Playbook, manual, AI, CSV, PDF, and Google Doc creation paths.
